Course purpose

Provide assigned personnel with a repeatable, compliant method to prepare, conduct, document, route, and follow up internal audits without unsupported findings, missed scope, weak evidence, or uncontrolled corrective actions.

Learning objectives

• Differentiate scheduled internal audits, random hangar/area audits, scanned-record audits, maintenance-provider file audits, and management-review inputs.

• Use the correct local audit form and current reference set before starting fieldwork or records review.

• Collect objective evidence, sample records deliberately, and distinguish acceptable results, immediate corrections, NCR conditions, and non-applicable items with documented basis.

• Route audit outputs, protect confidentiality, and retain records through the approved local path.
